N. Bob Pesall – A graduate of South Dakota State University, and the University of South Dakota School of Law, Bob is proud to once again call South Dakota home. Prior to founding the Pesall Law Firm, Bob practiced primarily in western North Dakota, at one of the oldest law firms in the state. There, Bob honed his legal skills with some of the best lawyers the State had to offer.  Today, Bob brings that "old firm" care and personal attention back to Flandreau, South Dakota.

At the Pesall Law Firm, Bob's practice is divided into two parts. First, he provides general legal services and advice to the people of Moody County and the surrounding area. These services include real estate matters, contracts, wills & estate planning, business litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, and constitutional matters. Second, Bob provides legal services in matters of election law, government relations, campaign finance, and constitutional issues to clients throughout the region.

Shane C. Penfield - Working with the Pesall Law Firm in an of-counsel capacity, Shane maintains a full-time private practice in Lemmon, South Dakota.  A graduate of the University of South Dakota and a skilled general practice lawyer, Shane assists the Pesall Law Firm in matters of civil litigation, real estate and agricultural law.  Shane can be reached directly at (605) 374-7785 or on the web at www.penfieldlaw.com.

Jessica L. Zitterkopf – As of October, 2007, Jessica is no longer associated with the Pesall Law Firm.  From time to time, however, She assists the firm with matters relating to real property and debtor-creditor relations.  Jessica serves as corporate counsel for one of the largest banking institutions in Sioux Falls.
